Regimens by disease
Colorectal cancer
- FOLFOX (modified FOLFOX6): Oxaliplatin, leucovorin and infusional fluorouracil every 14 days for adjuvant and metastatic colorectal cancer
- CAPOX (XELOX): Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m² every 21 days with oral capecitabine on days 1–14 for adjuvant and metastatic colorectal cancer
- FOLFIRI ± bevacizumab or anti-EGFR antibody: Irinotecan-based doublet for metastatic colorectal cancer, with the biologic chosen by RAS status and tumour sidedness

Breast cancer
- Dose-dense AC → paclitaxel: Doxorubicin–cyclophosphamide every 14 days ×4, then paclitaxel every 14 days ×4 (or weekly ×12), with G-CSF support, for early breast cancer
- TCHP (docetaxel, carboplatin, trastuzumab, pertuzumab): Anthracycline-free chemotherapy with dual HER2 blockade every 21 days × 6, mainly before surgery for HER2-positive early breast cancer
Lymphoma
- R-CHOP: Rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone for large B-cell lymphoma
- ABVD: Doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine and dacarbazine for classical Hodgkin lymphoma, with PET-adapted de-escalation
Prostate cancer
- ADT, ARPIs and docetaxel in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer: Androgen deprivation plus treatment intensification: doublets, triplets, flare and bone health
